Refund policy

RETURN POLICY -

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND, unless -

  • Damage and Issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at riakaria7@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require an opening package video as a proof of an on arrival damage. If the package proves to be damaged, a pick up will be initiated from our end within 5-8 working days. 


CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS -

  • Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
  • Once the order is in processing status it cannot be cancelled.
  • For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number mentioned and we will try to work it out for you. Changes in the order cannot be made once shipped.

 

REFUND -

  • We will only be refunding the amount if the product is damaged, defective or if you have received a wrong product.
  • No other kind of refunds will be initiated.
